[PROMO ANNIVERSARY] When and how to visit the ECAM LaSalle Lyon Campus!

Many of you want to visit the school where you grew up!
Understandably, this means we have to rethink the way we organize your visits to the ECAM LaSalle Lyon campus!
Whether you're a delegate, presenter or organizer of promotional events,
If you would like to visit your former school's campus, please respect the booking procedure in advance[places are limited].
[2024] The dates proposed by ECAM LaSalle are as follows:

> Saturday, June 15, 2024
> Saturday, June 29, 2024
> Saturday, October 12, 2024
If you are interested in a date, please follow the procedure below:
1- I select an available date (see dates above) to reserve it;
2- I send an e-mail toassoc@ecam-alumni.fr + ida.cafaro@ecam.fr to confirm the school's availability and my booking request in writing;
3- The school sends me a confirmation e-mail (withassoc@ecam-alumni.fr in copy for information);
4- The association and the school contact me to agree on the technical details and specific requirements for the organization of this promotional anniversary.
Your ECAM Alumni Association will help you finalize your program, manage your communications and registrations
and optimize the logistics of your event on D-day.

For each date,
Several promo visits can be combined to suit as many of you as possible.
Visits take place from 10am to 12pm.
/Tours can no longer be organized between 2pm and 6pm.
Visits will last a maximum of 2 hours. Planned format:
1) Presentation of school news;
2) Guided tour of the school with presentations
of the new technologies of Engineer 4.0.
